Easy Frame Creator is a very simple program, uses to create frames for images or edit images with shapes and interior frames, improve the quality of your photos, create collages and add effects to your images. You’ll be able to load images in BMP, JPEG (JPG), GIF, PCX, PSD, PNG format, edit them, and then save them on GIF, BMP, PNG, and JPEG format. It’s compatible with Windows Vista and, in addition, will allow you to choose the interface language among eight available options.

Images edition:
You’ll be able to rotate and mirror your images as well as adapt their size and crop rectangular image patch. Also, modify the image texture, as well as apply a variety of predefined effects, and generate colored or textured backgrounds, which you’ll be able to load from BMP, JPEG (JPG), PSD, PCX, PNG, and GIF files.
Frames creation:
In order to highlight your images, you’ll be able to add a variety of frames of different styles and shapes, both by the contour and inside the image. In the case of inside frames, you’ll be able to edit the number of linear segments in curve shapes. Also, you’ll be able to edit the color, the texture and the transparency levels of the inside frames. Templates:
This dialog contains drop-down list of templates which you can use for creation of new frames. You can save full frame composed of one outside frame and (or) one inside frame as a new template.
Image Crop:
This tool let you crop the rectangle part of the image (source image or image from clipboard). You can edit position and size of cropping rectangle by the mouse or by the spin edits Offset and Size in Fragment group box.
